i’m shopping with 457 k looking forFANTASTIC UPSIDE, yr thouhgt should be creative in a down mkt , that why i contacted u about yr loopnet offering

Bob,
There are many good investments in the Nipomo area right now.
I would be looking at either locking down larger acre properties 1-5 acres or buying into one of the resort communities like Trilogy or Cypress Ridge. Both of those have seen a 10% – 20% pull back on prices from 2005, but have a limited number of properties available.
Commercial property is also a great investment, but with only $457K to invest, you are limited on many of the commercial oppertunities out there. I will send you all the commercial properties in Nipomo currently on the market.
